Cognac can help reduce the risk of Type 2 diabetes and gallstones, as long as you consume only moderate amounts.
We insist on moderate amount, but what does that really mean? For women, that narrows to one drink per day and for men it is two drinks per day. When you pour it, measure out 10 grams of alcohol, which is less than one whole drink.
